MALCOM DEVIN

Managing Director

Malcolm has 25 years experience in the development and construction industry delivering high quality projects. He was previously a Director at a global property and construction company before starting Leith Group.

As Managing Director of Leith Group, Malcolm has day to day involvement in the delivery of each project. He has a broad range of experience in all sectors and asset types of development and construction.

DAVID AZAR

Head of Finance Operations

David has over 25-years’ experience in global markets and spent half of that time working and living in Asia.

Consequently, he has an extensive investor and client relationship network across Asia Pacific. He has been instrumental in the growth and success of businesses internationally and uses a collaborative, consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.

David is an expert at managing risks whilst maximising financial outcomes.

  • Diploma in Financial Services (AFMA)

GEOFFREY MCKINNON

Development Director

Geoffrey McKinnon is a seasoned Real Estate professional with over 25 years’ experience across residential real estate and property development. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales & marketing, construction, design, development and property management.

Having won several awards for outstanding sales achievements, Geoffrey facilitates an educated understanding of best practices in design, marketing and delivery of medium density and high-rise residential property.

For Leith Group, he is responsible for a complete range of development services including deal origination, facilitating planning, design & project management and exit strategies.

CAIN MCKINNON

Investment Director

Cain has been working in the property development and investment industry for 8 years across the Sydney, New York and London markets. He has held multiple senior positions advising on the financial due diligence and underwriting for both structured debt and equity opportunities.

Cain specialises in residential, mixed-use and hotel asset classes, from ground-up development to refurbishment and exit strategies.

At Leith Group, Cain is responsible for the financial due diligence and reporting for all new and existing property ventures.

LYLE HARRIS

Construction Manager

Lyle has 15+ years experience in the construction industry and commenced his career as a residential carpenter and progressed to hold a management position within a national construction company. Working on commercial, industrial, technology and residential projects. Lyle is a licenced Builder with proven experience in Design Management, Cost Planning, Financial Management, Programming & Team leadership. Lyle has won four Master Builder awards on completed projects.

John Cheyney 4

John Cheyney

Project Manager

Before joining, John was a Senior Project Manager for a NSW State Transport Agency working on infrastructure, rail, station and commercial projects. Collectively he has worked for more than 18-years in the construction industry.

John has previous experience at a global property provider working on commercial fit-outs and hotel projects. He is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has 12-years of project management experience in Australia

  • Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Construction, Napier University, Edinburgh
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor
  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
